Disabling marker teleport #50

How can I disable map marker teleportation? It results in automatic ban on the 
server I'm using cheats on. Would like to disable it, to be on the safe side. 
Found to setting on mod_sa.ini that allows doing so.

ok, second auto ban now for accidentally setting the marker.. could you please 
tell me how to disable this?
