Objective

Add support to the fixed implementation of File Operation testing that prompts users to input:

A file type
A destination path for a file

High-Level Approach

De-couple original, fixed approach based on default values

Add support to leverage these defaults via a command line argument

Add prompts to intake user input for file type and file location

Leverage these user-provided values to perform a create
- Continue to use these values for automatically-run modify and delete operations
