  1. URL pluralization. (if we dont do this its fine, just a semantics thing)
  2. This layout doesn't work well considering the left side of the page is so much shorter than the right. We might want to consider removing the Left column altogether, as it serves no purpose and we can gather more real estate for the main speakers. It will shorten the page considerably.
