use new energyplus_regressions instead epregression imports #605

needed update due to renaming to energyplus-regressions

regression test results are not automatically downloaded and regression tests pass if no test results are available. This should be fixed at some point.

Just for the sake of completeness: the regression results as well as tests for testing must be downloaded by a command. This is documented here: https://bim2sim.github.io/bim2sim//development/docs/developer-guide/testing.html
