Warning occurs when run make html after make clean (sphinx)

connected to Branch #641
[ ] find solution by adapt the mermaid code in the md-file
[ ] include the solution into the function to automatic generation of the mermaid code
[ ] update the code for all mermaid diagrams (for all plugins) (copy/past)
