multiple method tables found for 'rowRanges' #41

R CMD check issues this warning for https://github.com/BIMSBbioinfo/ciRcus/pull/40 (see Travis CI log, but I doubt this has anything to do with the changes introduced in https://github.com/BIMSBbioinfo/ciRcus/commit/bcdf4ff013d41558d71679d1db841d61ca37dd1a.

Instead, I suspect a (package) update introduced a new conflict similar to the situtation in https://github.com/BIMSBbioinfo/ciRcus/issues/36. Another indication for this being introduced upstream is that the warning only comes up in the 'devel' R version test, not in the 'release' one.

Guess it it related to this SummarizedExperiment commit, I'll take care of it...
