Not sure why this is failing. Was endoapply removed from IRanges? It worked earlier today: https://travis-ci.org/BIMSBbioinfo/ciRcus/builds/400823425. So CI failures seem unrelated. @retaj: Any idea?

I'll fix the endoapply mess separately, together with other 3.4.4 => 3.5.0 issues :)
