add a module for gene-set enrichment analysis

• We could do standard gene-set enrichment analysis as done in e.g. GAGE
• We could use single-sample gene-set scoring using (e.g. singscore)
• A similar approach is to find out which cell types are driving the differential expression (see LRcell)
