Fix makefile am #136

make distcheck hasn't been working for a while, and I only noticed just now. Also cleans up some sigmut_db related thing.

Looks good to me. What about tests/reads_se? Should that also be added?

I knew I forgot something. I meant to remove those, they are not used anywhere. Ill do that tomorrow.

Nevermind, I'll do a separate cleanup PR for testing data, removing files that are not currently in use.
