Compile parser-generator with CMake #37

Right now running cmake depends on going to parser-generator and running make. This should be automated with cmake.

Are we going for a single cmake file? Then this issue should probably be replaced

Fixed with df67e3e702fc5027b04154f7d541b486b2f88423
