reversed seq and pat in syntax examples #50

Fixed the syntax in the README so that we now have seq =~ pat in the same order as regex. I dislike the Match(seq, pat) notation.

Someone will have to look at the travis fail at some point.

Arguments. Match() syntax is math/computer science like and will thus confuse biologists. Also, Match() will add extra characters making a number of the example lines wrap.
