Conda constructor issue #13

Here we go again: with abba 0.9.4.

And even if it apparently resumes the installtion the jvm is not recognized.

All these tools are not stable. If you look for stability from a year to the next one, then look elsewhere.

I'm trying to revert constructor to version 3.7.0 (see https://anaconda.org/anaconda/constructor/files?page=2)

Reverting to 3.7.0 does not fix it. Reverting to 3.4.5 does.
