Thanks for making this repository available! Converting between IJ1 ROIs and label images is a common need in the community. In this respect, it would be great if (instead of creating custom commands on a custom update site) you'd consider contributing this (ideally in the form of SciJava Converters) upstream to the imagej-legacy repository.
