Fix pom.xml and configure Travis CI #7

These are the changes to pom.xml:

No need to duplicate information in the contributors section, all developers are contributors automatically
Fix SCM URLs
Add ciManagement information
Use version properties instead of hard-coded versions
Fix undeclared/unused dependencies according to mvn dependency:analyze
Tidy POM using mvn tidy:pom

The other commits were created by running travisify.sh in the root of this repository.
