2 years ago - Add the file browser for omero data using Java API. This browser is a mirror of OMERO.web architecture and has been adapted from the browser written with the webServer.
- All classes, dependencies and methods dealing with the webClient and webServers are deleted.
- Package name has been updated to "qupath.ext.biop.servers.omero.raw"
- Version number is now 0.1.0.SNAPSHOT.
- This dependency " shadow "org.slf4j:slf4j-api:1.7.30" " is commented in the build.gradle file.
- Extension name has been updated to "qupath-extension-biop-omero".
