Added items added and move from messed up branch.

It's not totally clear what's happening here. If a branch is messed up, we can normally fix that using git. This needs more explanation about what was moved, how, and why. As it stands, it's a lot of code being changed in a single commit, which makes it difficult to understand for the reviewer. I can still see quite a few things that could be added to the review as constructive feedback too, so try not to be only giving a pat on the back in a code review. For example, there could be more commenting in this code.
