For RQ2:

  1. CTRL F coding-- look for the "policy aspect" in the transcripts

    Prompts about the role of govt, desires for external support, "what would make x situation better"; direct questions about OLS policies in 2021 interviews

  2. compile & compare sentiment across time (2020-2021), platforms, [& other notable factors?]
