Autorotation not working with PG < 2.1.0 and iOS 6

Applications using PhoneGap < 2.1.0 under iOS 6 will not be able to auto rotate.
In our case, our app is supposed to run in landscape mode. Only the wrapper 
turned. The app stayed in portrait. (Looked funny, and was not very 
user-friendly when the on-screen keyboard popped up perpendicular to the input 
fields.)

A workaround is available: http://xdumaine.com/2012/09/21/phonegap-in-ios-6/

Updating gwt-phonegap to use PG 2.1.0 should fix this issue.
