WebGrid.ctrl not sending 'Load Grid' event at end of page #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. http://mobileportal.cmfirsttech.com/mobilemovie/wcs
2. Select 'Movies'
3. Scroll down as far as you can go.  Stops after 64 rows.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Send 'Load Grid' event to server and append next page of grid rows

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.6.3

Please provide any additional information below.
