@weotch Adding a few style definitions that are common to our new projects

input-h similar to the convention of the button height
base-speed
radius
a couple simple media query helpers like on-desktop and on-mobile (to establish a pattern)

@weotch adding some stock +/- svgs, since that seems sensible and not design dependant
