max-w-wide wasn't set up in whitespace, but defined in definitions #50

@weotch don't know if this was intentional, but I had to set this up in whitespace.styl, seems like it should be there.

I know we've historically used max-w-wide, but what do you think of switching to like max-w-large or max-w-xl? Since we're using suffixes like that for spacing too. Like maybe we should have:
