Update to Craft 4

I'm doing this from a clean install and migrating things over as I test them

  • [x] Add a note on colorit being prerelease and super table being beta meh
  • [x] Add a note about how assets are expected to be on DO locally too Eh, asking for it in SAO now
  • [x] Remove any mentions to downgrading Forge to Node 12 in docs wasn't in there
  • [x] Call out PHP 8 dep Ehh, Craft will complain about it
  • [x] See if we can actually omit the CRAFT_BASE_CP_URL
• [ ] Test that previewing works
  • [ ] Fix issue where it looks like only the changed block is being returned?

Nothing in issues about the preview issue I'm seeing. Gonna check the query params of the iframe to see if they changed. If not, maybe there is something in the event listener that postMessages the iframe.

Query params look fine. I should test whether this is a matrix or a neo issue.

Preview is still an issue, but not blocking IMO. I'm optimistic this will get worked out before we get into heavy content population.
