Twig support #1

If I remember correctly, MtHaml has Twig support. Can you enable that, too, for users who have the Twig bridge installed?

07dba0dd3539fb290c68b3a8244286ad431ed770 lets folks pass their own MtHaml config options. This should let users use Twig.
