Candy Machine Disabled (What is this?) #61

I have an issue retrieving the information from a Candy machine v1, I got this error, what is the meaning of this error?

Is it an API issue? Or a Chain Issue?

The candy machine was withdrawn and so we are not (nor is anyone) able to retrieve the entire candy machine account information
