create backups of fsx drive in s3 glacier #14

then delete all unnecessary data from FSx

@kseniadyakova10, work with @slowtacocar to mount the Fsx drive to an EC2 instance, run the backup from Fsx -> S3.

Change S3 storage class to glacier deep-archive.

Work with datascientists to clean up Fsx drive.

All three drives are backed up in the bucket blend-fsx-backup. We can schedule incremental updates with DataSync as well.
