Minor improvements to nav bar #24

The logo should probably be bigger when the device being used is smaller (it would be harder to read on an iPhone)

May want to consider using Bootstrap (not sure how that works with React). With Bootstrap, could easily implement a nav bar that collapses on smaller screen sizes or when the browser window is narrowed.
