Eliminated separate Plasma decharge ACS script, merged with BDControls ACS script #449
Ok I was a dumbass from last time. I just realized there was a script that contained all of the BDCE's controls based on the firing and crouch keys, so I decided to remove the separate ACS script for the Plasma Cancel and merged it with the BDControls ACS.
If given the okay, I might also consider removing the separate Reload key original made for BD and replace it with the default GZDoom Reload key, as the Reloading token is now given when pressing the GZDoom Reload key. The old option will still be there, it will just be based on the GZDoom reload though.
