As a user
I want to create characters
So that I can use them later
When a user is logged in
Then they should be see "Create a Character" tab in the navbar
Then they should be presented with a menu to choose a character race
Then they should be presented with a form to take in the following:
name
characteristics
description
ability scores (These should also be altered based on their race)
Then they should be presented with a drop-down menu to select a class
Then their proficiency score and hit-points should be generated based on their selected class
Then they should be presented with a menu to choose their skill proficiencies
