More Feature Requests Which I am Willing to Pay For :)

Hi again, my organization really likes this App and we want some more things which I will pay you for:

1) You added the hide shuffle button, but it still appears at the top of a playlist. When that settings is set to hide it, it should hide everywhere.

2) It is really confusing to be looking at a playlist (Accessed by tapping a playlist from the playlist list) and playing a track and then to touch the bar at the bottom with controls for the current track and have that expand up into another pop-up playlist. It would be better from a design standpoint of the currently displayed playlist had a fixed panel at the bottom with a simple set of controls for [Back Track] [Pause/Play] [Forward Track] NONE of those shuffle options either end, and a Volume slider with a level (1 - 100) with the level displayed numerically. If you don't like this design change make it an optional configuration setting or something. Make all the controls on this panel bigger and space them out more. They are hard for PHAT fingers right now. I will pay $200 for this. But we don't understand why that bar at the bottom of a playlist pops up into a copy of the currently displayed playlist.

3) Add a volume adjustment Bar like Apple Music player to the fixed panel referenced in #2 and which has an a button for down volume at the left end and up volume at right end and a slider control and shows a volume level of 1 - 100 (we sometimes need to set a specific level for a track). This should be on the fixed panel referenced in #2 will pay $100 for this.

4) Can you add a column to the various displays which show the Composer field from the Meta Data. I can pay $50

5) Add a button in settings to retrieve all tracks for all current playlist from the server. $100

6) Add some Equalizer capabilities based on the iOS AVAudioEngine tools? We use a lot of Classical and would like to adjust the music accordingly. $100

Hi, are you using Amperfy on an iPhone/iPad or on a Mac? The next version of Amperfy will be available as native Mac App. This could fix number 2 of your requests based on the special view design of the Mac app:

1. I will disable these shuffle buttons too.
2. and 3. this is a really big feature. The bottom view is library that I use. I am not quite shure how this should look like too. This request will likely not make it to the iPhone/iPad version due to its fundamental design changes.
3. I need to find a place in the UI where to put it.
4. Currently Amperfy doesn’t parse/use this info, but can be added.
5. I either add a „…“ button to playlists or a button to Settings -> Library.
6. This is quite huge and will take some time. (research, library, implementation)

I am currently quite busy and I don’t know when I will have time for these features (The bug will be fixed in the next version).

1) Thanks for fixing #1. I will check out the project and test it. And let you know. I will make a donation for your work and consideration. I really appreciate this App and what you are doing.

2) Regarding #2 I am a pretty serious iOS and MacOS App developer. I am the author of iPhemeris which sells on both iOS and MacOS platforms as native Apps. I could perhaps check this project out and see if I could help if you like.

3) Well the design thought was that once the playlist is showing there is no need for the bar at the bottom to pop up ANOTHE playlist. The controls on that bar could be at either the bottom of the playlist or in a panel at the top where the play/shuffle buttons are. I am not sure if you are using a UITableViewController for the Playlist but it is possible to put that INTO a UIViewController and have the pause/play etc buttons in a panel that is at top or bottom and then the UITableViewController under or above that like so:

5) There is already a button in Settings -> Library -> Resync Library. this may already do what I was looking for. Does this update any tracks that might have changed and which are in a playlist. Sometimes we actually change the music in the sound studio for some of our own tracks and we need to re-download the track because it is now different. Same name but longer or shorter because it was edited.

6) Yes I understand this could be a big project. I was hoping there is a library for it. There sort of is, but one would have to study up on all the settings for the different types of music. Here again this might be something I could contribute for a few basic types of music. Our main interest is and EQ for Classical.

5. I added an option to playlists via 68bd9faaeb5d850daecb696a526acdaa4fe1a1f3: Sync All Playlists. This will iterate over all playlists and sync their content.
