Missing dll problem #5

I'm trying to make a reMONSTERed version of Full Throttle, but the remonster executable is saying that the api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-0 dll is missing, even though I have it on my computer. What do i do?

for better understanding if this issue is related to #6 can you please specify which operating system you are trying this tool on? (specifically, whether it is Windows 7 or other version)

The latest build unfortunately doesn't work on Windows 7, and running it with VxKex just gives a blank command prompt.
