The Video Assessment Module has been tested in Moodle 3.11 but needs testing in Moodle 4.0

Harada san has agreed to make a 4.0 dev server in May

My first test in a 4.0.1 server failed today. Got a 500 error immediately. Maybe due to ffmpeg not installed on the server. Will investigate further.
