7/2023. No syncing of entries in Ratings to Quick Setup. #3

Settings entered in Quick Setup are synced to the Ratings section in settings. But settings entered in the Ratings section are not synced to Quick Setup.

Error still exists on updated Moodle version 4.1.4+ (Build: 20230707). VAM version 20230428001.
