added citation information #42

Hi @bgruening , our paper has been accepted. We plan to publish the workflow on GalaxyEU. Are you still interested in writing a blog post about it?

One more question: How can I add citation information in the workflow? Is it OK to add it in the workflow annotation?

Sure. You can write one about the paper like those https://galaxyproject.eu/news?tag=paper Or a slightly more technically one like: https://galaxyproject.eu/posts/2021/01/22/sars-cov-2-variant-analysis/

Yes, as workflow annotation would be nice. If you want to be really professional with workflow tests etc we have https://github.com/galaxyproject/iwc and those workflows will end up in workflowhub.eu with their own DOI.
