update multiple tools

SegMetrics:

• Adds annotations for bio.tools and biii

SuperDSM:

• Changes output format of hyperparameters from JSON to TSV
• Makes all outputs optional (only overlay by default)
• Fixes bug in wrapper call (see f8fd8e6)
