Can't seem to get one of two Win 10 machines to work #1

Hey Bob, as if you don't have enough on your plate I can get one of two machines to operate, the one that won't obey is at 192.168.1.161 with a mac of 50:eb:f6:56:fb:87. Here is the complete string with the log attached:

The log shows an error trying to parse one of the configuration parameters.
