Allow users create a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly budget.
Each budget will contain the following fields
Users will specify the billing period (BI-Weekly or monthly). Based on the selection this will show the biller and income items for that period
Users will have the option to create a new budget based on the previous month budget.

The dollar amount increase or decrease from previous billing period entry.

Percentage that payer 1 will pay for this bill.
Percentage that payer 2 will pay for this bill.
Additional features
A summary section will appear that shows the total for bill amount, bill paid amount, bill remaining amount, and total income.
A Split Bill section will appear that will show a summary for all the bills, bill amount, bill paid, bill remaining, payer 1 pays, payer 2 pays. There is also a button at the bottom of this section that will allow users to send a copy of this summary to payer 2.
