We've decided to remove the UAT environment since it's actually not being used.

Tasks:

Confirm with Charlotte that she has exported all data from UAT
Update deploy script (https://github.com/BMMRO-tech/BMMRO/blob/master/deploy-script/deploy.js)
Update readme in the deploy script (https://github.com/BMMRO-tech/BMMRO/blob/master/deploy-script/README.md)
Remove github workflow for UAT (https://github.com/BMMRO-tech/BMMRO/blob/master/.github/workflows/uat.yml)
Remove all UAT related secrets from github
Delete BMMRO UAT project in Firebase (https://console.firebase.google.com/u/1/project/bmmro-uat/overview)
? Create ADR or update https://github.com/BMMRO-tech/BMMRO/blob/77cbd81f921eef2d892132da369c2ccaec03a032/architectural-decision-records/2020-07-14_deployment_strategy.md

Sounds like this has already been done. Will need to confirm with @oktawia-kata-nhs Need to remove references from code and scripts
