Import data from AccessDB to firebase

We want to import deleted data from AccessDB to fire base so that we can recover previously deleted data.

• [ ] Convert csv to json.
• [ ] Correlate biopsy, habitat use and specimen to a particular encounter.
• [ ] Upload data into firestore.

Data integrity - How can we see if multiple habitats per encounter / multiple encounters per habitat?

• How can we tell which json object is linked to which encounter? CompositePrimaryKey? Field names - Our json they are sentences with symbols and Firebase they are camel case and no symbols
