Description: We want to finish the Dependabot issues raised since the last team worked on the project.

This is a continuation of https://github.com/BMMRO-tech/BMMRO/issues/275

Dependabot PRs to look at :

[ ] https://github.com/BMMRO-tech/BMMRO/pull/286 to the latest

Verify that the dependabot PRs are valid, if not close them. If valid, upgrade dependencies.
