Currently the month list in encounter page is hardcoded to 12 months. We will need to change this to 24 months based on the request from the stakeholder.
Given a user is on the encounter page
When the user clicks on the month dropdown
Then the user finds the last 24 months listed in the dropdown
Keep in mind to have a look at what this design looks like on an ipad as part of testing.
