Create new service accounts in UAT and PROD for firebase-deploy as we did in dev. Link with keys to new secrets in Github actions Refactor the name of GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS in the GitHub secret to DEV_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS
