The following releases build with GHC 9.2.1:

2.9.3
2.9.2
2.9.1
2.9.0
2.8.4
2.8.3 depends (https://github.com/haskell/cabal/issues/7808): cabal install BNFC-2.8.3 fails, but cabal get BNFC-2.8.3 && cd BNFC-2.8.3 && cabal install succeeds

Version 2.8.2 only builds up to GHC 8.6.

The ecosystem has caught up to GHC 9.2 now. No changes to BNFC necessary!
