Update to support Over Under #6

Changes:

Updated API to support Over Under (does not require app upgrade)
Added an upgrade app notification
Shortened "Qualifier" on team matches page
Added scheduled start times to replace N/A on future matches
Added a "Team Details" button to the team matches page to link to the team events page

Bug Fixes:

Fixed an issue where team numbers in the left column on the team page would wrap
