Specify a field for label in KML generation #53

The KML generation just adds all the fields to each marker.  BM1 used to have a 
feature where you can specify 
a particular field to use as as label.  

What we need is a way to specify which field to use as the label... which would 
involve building a service to
render the available fields and pass to the KML generator.
