Point to vector files stored in github #7

Currently vector files are included with this codebase. Better is to have a configuration file that points to a directory (e.g. in github) where WKT vector files can live. This way we can dynamically add new reserves by adding new files to Github (and also, change boundaries)

This is done! we are now pointing to WKT files stored at https://github.com/BNHM/spatial-layers
