Add concept of an origin, distance to wire in U, V and Y orthogonal-directions and given a point give the 6-wire bounding.

There is a concept of "origin" defined in LarSoft (I recalled y=0 is the middle of the y wires, z=0 is the edge next to the first y wire.), which can be inferred from the geometry text file. It might be a good idea to keep LarSoft's convention.
