very basic player box #13

[x] actually show the box
[x] switch slots button
[x] disconnect button
[ ] add/remove players?
[ ] resize and move based on player count
[ ] teams? (maybe)

functionality for switching slots exist, but no button shouldnt be too hard to make a CustomButton that calls the PlayerSlot#moveToSlot or whatever function with the "clicking" player as an argument

boxes show, can switch slots, and disconnect players. still need to polish it a bit

i think it does everything i need it to for now
