Switch formspree to email.js #84

The formspree form isn't currently working for everyone, which is not ideal! One alternative would be email.js: http://www.emailjs.com/, which wants implementing.

The issue with the form has been fixed so removing the bug tag. At the moment, my email address is still in the source code though and I'd like to get that out, so keeping this issue open.
