improve network animation in Manager #2028

The network animation (dots going between 2 computers) looks bad; jerky, and the computers have partial outlines.

Doesn't that depend on your local resolution and monitor? I'm on 1920x1080 pixels, the max my 23" monitor can do and don't see the problem so much. But perhaps that it'll show on higher resolutions (4K), or larger monitors.
