This is most likely related to the cleanup that happened in r12371. This seems to be related to issue https://github.com/rwalton1975/boinc2git/issues/11, maybe because of a missing exclude-rule matching /tags/(boinc_server_[^/]+)/.
I suppose this tag should be handled like 2.2[6-8] and 4.0[0,1,4,5]. Either none of them should converted or all of them. Again, it seems as if Nicolas wasn't yet able to pay attention to those (see issue https://github.com/rwalton1975/boinc2git/issues/11). See also r12369.
